Pistachio Malfouf

Ingredients :

  • 270g brick sheets
  • 160g butter
  • 250g almond
  • 30g caster sugar
  • Some pistachio for the dressing

Preparation :

Add the caster sugar to the almond.


Cut the brick sheets into rectangles.

Soak in melted butter.

Fill three quarters of the sheet with the almond and sugar mixture.

Wrap the sheet.

Put the sticks in the oven at 130 ° c for 15min.

Dip the sticks into the sugar syrup.

Garnish with pistachio.
