Kâak louze


  • 300g almond flour
  • 125g icing sugar
  • 70g egg whites
  • Some vanilla sugar
  • Some pistachios for the garnish

Preparation :

Mix the almond flour with the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar.

Add the egg whites.

Put into the mill.

Let it rest for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into 1.5-cm diameter and mold it into rings.

Decorate on both sides with pistachios cutted into halfs.

Bake for 15min at 180 °
